  Im not the one to do this but this has happened more than once especially during closing shift, I know things get busy during drive thru, but tonight was the last straw. Not only getting my order wrong, i reordered more and they had us wait 10min outside with my children in the car, until I went in and they still didn’t work on my order, instead of good customer service, they gave me an attitude, and speaking in Spanish to each other, gave me my order without my drink. Until I said something. I’m never going back there.

  Astonishingly poor service and management of this McDonald’s. I was seated in the play area with my family so my children could play a little before 7pm. After ordering food and beginning our meal at 725 an employee came over to tell us we have to leave because they close the play area at 7. No warning, no polite heads up, no apology, just that we have to leave so he could clean up. When I asked the manager or supervisor why they don’t post the play area hours he simply said they close the play area sometime between 7-8. They just seem to kick people out whenever they feel like it and when presented with a customer complaint the staff were rude, acted with an attitude and obviously didn’t care about doing the right thing, just only wanted to get back to the kitchen so they could all chat together. It’s honestly sad to see this level of contempt and disregard for simple manners. A polite heads up and I’m more than willing to accommodate, I’ve been there, food service is tough, but a heck of a lot easier when coupled with common sense and courtesy. In addition: our food was cold, the Men’s restroom floor and toilet was covered in urine, the Lobby and tables were covered in trash, the manager hassled me about sauces when they forgot to add them to my bag, there were broken lights with exposed wire above the bar seating, and the manager was also out of uniform in a sweatshirt, I can only assume so that no one could see his name tag and be held accountable. Management needs to reevaluate how they hire at this location. Don’t go to this location.

  I ordered a quarter pounder using the McDonald's app. And my points when I received the quarter pounder, it was not cooked fully. It has several areas that were pink. I let the manager know and he refused to give me a refund.He told me that that's the way all the burgers come out.And if I want to get cooked all the way, I have to tell them that I want my burger well done. I again explain to the manager that I have been eating mcdonald's quarter pounders.In in there are always cooked with no pink or rock parts.He explained that that's the way all his quarter pounders come out, and he even went and made another one, and brought it back out to show me that they all come out pink and raw. Also his customer service skills needed a lot of work. Refusing to give me a refund for food that I was not willing to eat.It seems very unethical. I will be reaching out to ownership to explain my frustration with my experience. You can judge for yourself.I have attached photos of the burger.They wanted me to eat
