  I called approximately 10 minutes before closing because I wanted to report an issue with your website: when I select “leave at door,” the system appears to tell Uber “Hand to me,” which is not the service I requested. I didn’t feel that “Issue w/ delivery” (the only option on JJ's site) was an appropriate category because the problem appears to be with the ordering system not the store's employees, my order, or Uber. So I called simply to make the store aware and ask that a note be passed to the owner. I tried 3-5 times before leaving this review. Instead, the employees repeatedly hung up on me, once they answered "this is subway" before doing so, and on one occasion the call remained connected after they apparently thought they had hung up, allowing me to hear them speaking about me in an extremely disrespectful manner. Regardless of how close the store was to closing, this was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I hope management addresses both the website issue and the customer-service conduct at this location. Foods good for price though! Edit: Removed a star. There was mustard on INSIDE of the wrapper. Sand which has no mustard. Given the above behavior makes me question if food safety standards are being followed.

  A+ customer service experience by Brandy , Jame & Cole all made sure food was fresh , fast , friendly & restaurant was very clean highly recommend this location.

  The restaurant is extremely cold. Like 65 decrees. Sandwich preparation is incredibly slow. And rude. Awful

  This locations customer service has been so kind and accommodating. I have been ordering sandwiches for a family member in assisted living to be delivered and I have to call everytime to ask for extra mayo. Every single time they have picked up the phone a different employee has taken the time to change my order with such friendliness and make sure it’s ready for pickup from uber eats and other deliveries etc. sometimes they even tell me about deals and coupons. they even double check that it’s going to the right place. thank you so much for being so kind and helpful on the phone.
