- ZHZoe Holland2 days ago5.0Me and my swim friends come here a lot after morning practice for lunch, and it's so yummy. I love the kids quesadilla, EVEN when they skimp on the added chicken. The agua frescas/fresh lemonade are also really good if you mix all of them together. ;) However, the prices are a little insane lol

I’ve also had two separate experiences here where the line staff were incredibly slow, rude, and messed up my order. It honestly felt like they hated their jobs and were taking it out on the customers. (To be fair, the rest of the staff have been totally fine).

In my last 3 trips they forgot to include chicken with the kids meal, the next week they were out of sour cream, then today out of fajitas. I’m mostly just confused because I go at lunch. How do you run out of sour cream or fajitas at lunch? I’d understand if I was going right before it closes. You’re guaranteed to be waiting for about 10 minutes regardless of how many people are in front of you. It’s just consistently a bad experience and the most mismanaged chipotle I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t typically write a review but I’d love for this place to actually improve at some point.
- DCDaniel CometJun 16, 20261.0As someone who gets Chipotle almost every week, this is the absolute worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. We had a terrible experience on June 15, around 7:30pm. First, the line was super long. The reason for this was probably due to the lack of staff serving the food. We waited 30 minutes to get our food. Second, they were out of several food items: steak, guac, cilantro lime sauce, chips, chipotle honey vinaigrette dressing. Third: they were out of ice at the soda fountain, as well as forks and napkins! This cannot happen! Fourth: rude workers, particularly this woman working the cashier and restocking the fridge. She had a very negative attitude. And fifth, the dirty floors and tables. I wish I can give 0 stars. I suggest going to the Factoria location, please do not go to this location!!

This place needs a good management all i can say. While i was waiting 5 people left. It shouldn't take 30 min in line for your order. Horrible service, they look at you like what are you doing here?
