  Food is fine but don't expect them to be open at 10:45 lol. Employees chilling until close to 11am. They released two exploited workers right before officially opening to absorb the annoyance of the growing number of customers outside - I'm sorry to them but not for those employees laughing at the growing crowd outside

  This is the most disorganized fast food establishment I have ever encountered, let alone Chipotle. I waited 30 minutes to order. The line was out the door the entire time. By the time I ordered, I had to repeat my order more than once and the order still was made wrong.

  Saturday afternoon at 1:45pm 17 customers in front of me and by the time I got to the register 33 behind me. Waited at the register to pay for almost 10 minutes for anyone to ring me up (for our human baby sized burritos).

  If someone else picks up your online web order (by mistake or with intention to steal), the cashier will say ‘The order is not in our system’ and you won’t have the food that you pay for. In addition, food cleanliness is not consistent. Today I witnessed the cashier push the trash down the bin with their bare hands and get back to the counter without washing them. Now for the missing order issue, the cashier will also say ‘You can cancel your order’ which you can’t because it’s sent directly to the store. They will be typically busy with all other orders so they won’t or by design can’t really help you much. The online support is AI. It will say something like ‘The order is not active and cannot be tracked’. This was my awful experience on Sun, July 19th 2026. My order was at 9:11 PM, supposed to be ready at 9:30 PM and I was left standing there hungry because likely someone has picked up my order and the cashier was too tired/busy to care to help. If the above was not the case then the system has a glitch and the cashier was not trained or didn’t have good customer service to recognize or to handle it.

  We came here for the special chipotle honey chicken. They were out We were told about five minutes. So we decided to wait. 25 minutes later they finally brought it out. They were out of chicken, carnitas and fajitas also. We saw them finish up the fajitas but then we were told they were for phone orders only so still out of them. As we were finishing up our order the guy serving us grabbed a bit of fajitas for us because we waited so long. He was very nice Lastly , the restrooms were filthy and then I asked for a water cup and then went to get water Oops. Sign says water out of order People were leaving the LONG line This is pure POOR management. From a man behind us. “This happens all the time” and left I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this Chipotle
