Then he failed to wrap mine and luckily asked for help. The lady wrapped mine and then struggled to ring us up. Couldn’t use the register. I forgot to mention I asked for a little hot sauce and he had dumped a heaping scoop, more than I’ve ever seen glopped on a burrito. They have no training at all. Food was ok but this place is always like this.

Waited 11 minutes after my pickup order time - watched the staff I finally asked go back and pick a bag off the counter I’d seen sitting there since the moment I walked it. Just never brought out. Random bag - lost. 2nd: average salad, for what I ordered. Staff just seemed sad - no response to multiple “thank you.” 3rd: “two pico, one corn” - watched the guy scoop pico, shake 2/3 of it off then put it on my bowl. Then again. Had to ask “well, can I get two actual scoops?” Got a shaken off 1/3 of a scoop of corn. 🤦🏻♂️ Didn’t know they only serve the new chili lime chips in large bags. Can’t get a small. I’m a chipotle loyalist; I’ve based my housing and work decisions off distance to chipotles. I was top 10% of National rewards earned during COVID (got an email). Same thing every time, only change the protein: salad, brown, pinto, meat, 2 pico, corn, guac. No triple anything, no monster burritos, no double wrapped. Just a salad. Why’s this so hard? Full scoops - doesn’t have to be piled; just cover the metal utensil. 😂
