  A few times I go and order through the window especially around 8.00 pm crew dose a horrible job chicken strip basket poor service or just plain lazy employees sad not getting you're money's worth 😢

  Been going to Grandview DQ for sometime to notice how disgusting the food is. Salad is never fresh, hamburgers taste like rubber and some chicken stripes from the salad taste like rubber or hard pieces. Never going there for my mental and health stability. They should just stick to ice cream only. Cheeseburgers taste disgusting in all DQs but the salad some have it fresh then others.

  It was a beautiful Monday afternoon, me and my teammates were fresh off the grand view soccer pitch coming to this establishment after we had just won 1-0, we walked into this establishment around 6:00 pm, and me and some of my teammates decided to order online since it was pretty packed, this was our first time ever ordering online, we made sure it was at the right location first before placing the order and paying. Once we placed our orders the app said it would be done around 6:30 pm so we waited. When 6:30 hit me and my teammates waited in line for around another 10 minutes since the place was quite busy, once we got to the register we had to wait another 3 minutes for someone to come and help us out, when someone finally came I asked if mine and their orders were ready but it seems like they didn’t get the orders even though online they were confirmed. The lady who came to help us printed out our receipt and headed towards the back but before doing so it seemed that she tried to hit on one of my friends but they turned her down. I presumed that our orders were just starting to be prepared, so we went to sit down and so we waited, and waited we did for the next 30 minutes, until finally, at around 7:00pm, my food was finally finished and they called my order name I went to go get my food then get on the bus we came on, my teammates would follow 10 minutes after. My food came out alright, the same could not be said for my teammates, one of them got their food cold, the buns on one of their burgers was hard, and another one’s burger had straight mayonnaise on it even though they put “no mayonnaise” on their order. In conclusion this establishment and the app left a terrible first impression for me and my teammates, and they both failed to provide us with a happy experience, we left this establishment with a great disappointment and dissatisfaction to the fast food chain that is Diary Queen, I will continue to eat at Dairy Queen, but never at this location ever again and I will certainly never be using the online app to place an order again.

  Used to be one of my faves. Never again will I make the 20 minute drive from sunnyside. Online app sucks, and the crew there all young people very lazy, and took FOREVER to hand my food. I completed an order online and took them 30 minutes to hand it to me. Also, they never answered the 7 calls I made to ask if they had the tajin sparkler , if they would have answered, I would've never driven there to be extremely dossapointed! Triple zero stars.
