  Bullet is by far one of the only good staff. Bigger white lady seemed way too much of in a rush. Probably always on the bottom of the leaderboard anyway only 13 stores. I’ve visited Biggs and they are always just so much more nice and in touch with the customers

  They had turned on the air conditioning, even though the temperature was already pleasant. Afterward, it became unbearable. Despite having a table number, we still had to pick up our food at the counter. Too lazy? Well... combined with the air conditioning, we decided we’d rather eat in the car. Could it be that the prices have gone up? Also, you only get ketchup if you specifically ask for it...

  After sitting in line for over 35 min with only 3 cars ahead of me. Then being rearended by a grandma👵while i was waiting. We finally got to the windows and I asked if everything was OK in there and all she said was short staffed and slammed the window. Mean while other rigs are taking off because it was taking so long. I will never go here again.

  I came to this establishment on April 27th 2026 @ 535pm there was one guy inside the restaurant and I was the only car in the drive thru I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no salt, no mustard. I also ordered the crispy chicken on a brioche bun combo large. I was asked to pull forward, I waited 12 minutes for my order, when it came out my fries were cold and old and my chicken sandwich tasted like burnt hair! It was so old it wasn't possible to eat. Now when I got the order at first I didn't inspect my chicken sandwich I just took the fries inside to be replaced. It wasnt until after I got back in my car headed to oregon that I realized my chicken was not ok to eat. Attempted to call the restaurant and the 2 young kids working didn't answer the phone, called again this morning and no answer either! There was literally no reason for the attitude or treatment I received from the 2 young kids! When we spend 20 bucks on 2 sandwiches a fry and a drink we expect them to be fresh and edible at the very least! Do better! This McDonald's SUCKS on SERVICE, QUALITY, FRIENDLINESS, FRESHNESS AND PERSONALITY!
