This will be my first negative review of any restaurant, so that is telling you the significance of this post. On August 20th, 2026 at 6:15 pm, my family and I ordered Subway for dinner through Doordash, from the Kimball location in Gig Harbor, WA. We spent ~$76 in total, I believe. The food we received wasn't just bad quality, wrong order, incomplete ... it was the grossest food I have ever received from any restaurant that I have ever been to (and I have the pictures to prove it). One sandwich had blackened bread burn spots. Another was uncooked dough across the whole loaf. One had piles of pickles like someone dumped the whole container on it. All sandwiches were swimming in mayonnaise and mustard, no exaggeration. Also, all sandwiches were soaked in oil, to the point of transparent paper, disintegrating bread in the hand, and soaked through not only the wraps but also the bottom of the subway bag. The last issue we realized was that, even though one sandwich had a few pieces of turkey, the rest did not, and all of the sandwiches were supposed to be oven-roasted turkey. It was completely inedible, and severely disappointing as we had waited the 45 minutes, my kids were excited, and we had spent the $76. We will never return to this speciric store, nor do we recommend it to any diners. As a Gig Harbor local myself, I am deeply disturbed that this type of quality is being represented in our neighborhood. I hope they can make some meaningful changes to their service in the near term. I left a message with a more corporate management office but have not received a call back.

Probably one of the worst Subways in the state. I used to be a regular customer before subway cancelled the sub club program, and ever since then any time I would think of ordering here I would see the price and realize it's straight highway robbery. They take none of the online coupons, subs are on average very light on the meat, all that just to charge $2-3 above other locations! The only saving grace is that the staff are nice, but even then most of them quit a few months ago, so that should be telling of the quality of the management too. Go make your sandwiches at home, this place is not worth it anymore. Oh and also light olives mean not putting A PILE OF OLIVES on my sandwich like it's gonna make up for the cumulative 3 slices of meat you put on there.

Showed up during business hours and doors were locked. Waited for a bit before taking off.

Horrible sandwich, toasted sub was more like a crouton. Tried to live chat but of course it was a bot.
