Most of the employees there won’t even stop working to let somebody shop in the area they’re stocking and make you feel like you’re a nuisance rather than stop and ask if you need help. It seems to be a store wide problem with all of the employees there. I’m now driving further out of my way to shop than go there and be treated horribly and made to feel uncomfortable just for shopping. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced

Why does she still work here? I would sooner drive across town, to the point fosdick store (which is quite far out of my way!) than ever deal with her again. It's a shame, because other than her, this is a lovely and very convenient location.

I was just at Safeway and I purchase a Marionberry Pie. I only had to pick up a couple things but when I went to the self check out to pay for my groceries and I looked down and the Marionberry pie had leaked out of the pie box all over my white coat, my designer purse, my leggings and my work shoes. The attendant (Irma) helped by providing wipes but I was covered with Marionberry Pie. Although the attendant was very nice and apologize this happened to me, I was so taken back that they didn't "comp" the pie or anything else! I came home and soaked my jacket and clothes. Marionberry stains! I wiped off my purse but it's still pink. I'm beyond frusterated, not because the pie wasn't "comped" but this faulty pie container has ruined my personal belongings.
