I brought the meat and banana back, but only given a partial refund. The customer service is awful…plus they don’t believe what they tell you.

But at the same time, employees like Cameron make me feel like a criminal for being nice. I was in checkout, kept 3 things of litter and water in the cart, and then presented them first thing to the cashier kid by lifting them up so they can scan it. (I work warehouse, it's light items to me). Didn't catch the kid's name, he was totally fine. But Cameron walked up near the end of the transaction and started asking accusingly if he kid scanned the Bottom of Basket. I told Cameron directly that yes he did, it was the first thing I presented because I know it's heavy and I'm being nice. "You know you're not responsible if we miss things on the bottom". Like bruh, read the situation. Anyways, for the most part, I enjoy shopping here. Just get rubbed the wrong way occasionally and this incident was my pushing point to complain about it.

Produce has been fresh, shelves are usually stocked, and checkout moves at a reasonable pace even when it's busy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Parking is convenient, and overall it's a reliable place for weekly grocery shopping. I've had consistently good experiences here and will keep coming back.
