Let me clarify the exceptional service comes from a young man who has been there at least four years. I want to say his name tag said Michael. I know a common name maybe you have many Michaels this particular one is extremely tall and wears glasses. he is extremely polite efficient And has top notch customer service skills. I’m always pleased when I see Michael bringing my online order because it’s never wrong and it’s always quick. I sure hope that this particular Safeway acknowledges all their hard-working employees .

It wasn’t used and I have the receipt and I’m told by RANDI IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WON’T TAKE A RETURN FROM ANOTHER STORE BECAUSE THERE “SALE NUMBERS WILL GO DOWN” THE ONLY STORE I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH RETURN’S OR EXCHANGE IS ON CALLOW- EVERY OTHER STORE IS MORE CONCERNED WITH THEIR SALE’S NUMBERS THEN MAKING THE RETURN/ EXCHANGE EASIER FOR THE CUSTOMER.
