  Gave me undercooked rice you got a whole rice maker. How is the rice raw? Not to mention in the burrito had like maybe three pieces of meat in it I didn’t even finish my whole burrito because of how raw the rice is. My burrito was also 90% sauce asked for pinto beans didn’t get any pinto beans. I ordered two burritos one for me and my fiancé and both of them were this crappy. This is the second time I’ve been here where we order a burrito through the drive-through and get like no meat out of it. It’s just laughable. Give me the amount of meat normal person would like to eat a burrito without scamming me out of $44. Y’all need to get it together. I also PAID EXTRA for sauce that had miscellaneous toppings in it. The guacamole was clearly bad and over ripe. I don’t think I’ve ever actually been upset at a restaurant before today I can’t get over the fact that my rice was so raw when you have a whole rice maker you don’t even cook it on the stove that’s just lazy. Plus, I get there my food’s already in the counter. I arrived early for pick up and the staff sitting there joking about while I’m waiting for my food so clearly my food has been done for a minute as it was freezing cold and I get to the drive-through and y’all are joking around like you ain’t got no work to do Ridiculous

  I have to say that in search of the best burrito in The gig harbor area I was referred to Chipotle Mexican grill which I was totally not amused. The customer service was horrendous. The make table was dirty disgusting. Food all over the make table, the food handlers did not change their gloves after handling money, it was a horrifying experience. I would caution anyone that eats there. Overall it was horrendously disgusting. Steer Clear.

  One of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had, and it fits the trash reputation this location has in the area. Today I specifically asked for light portions of a couple ingredients, but way too much was added anyway. When I pointed it out, the response was basically to laugh it off. At the same time, the chicken and guac portions were so small that I had to ask for more. The burrito was also wrapped terribly. She was just scrunching it and poking holes. It already had multiple holes and was leaking before I even left the counter. I asked if it could be remade because it was obviously going to fall apart, but they refused and simply double-wrapped it. It still completely fell apart while eating it. Mistakes happen, but the combination of poor portioning, poor preparation, and dismissive customer service is what made this so frustrating. This also isn’t isolated. All my family members and friends have had consistently bad experiences at this location. At this point, I genuinely think new or much stronger management is needed to improve employee training, consistency, food quality, and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.

  We've been here twice and the restaurant was very dirty - no one was bussing tables even though two of the employees were just standing around. They tried to skimp out on the meats but I told them we needed more or not paying for it. The management here is clearly telling their employees to skimp on meat to cut costs. Qdoba is way, way better. Taco Time is better. Taco Bell is better.
