- MSMarlyssa Sheehan5 days ago5.0I have ordered twice from this Jimmy John's and had not had a bad experience. If anything I've had an above and beyond experience. I placed an order online and picked up through the drive thru the first time. They did not take long at all but apologized for us waiting (not even five minutes mind you) and gave us two free bags of chips! And then today I placed an order via doordash because I am pregnant and tired lol. I had ordered a whole pickle and it wasn't in the bag. Sad. I usually wouldn't make a big deal but being that I am I was like omg i want the pickle. So I called the store instead of dealing with doordash and they said to not worry. They will send someone else out to give us the pickle! So so nice of them. They also put in another whole pickle for me and some desserts. How freaking awesome is that? I can tell you my pregnant butt is hella happy 🤣 Thank you so much to the workers there! Always such nice customer service. So sweet!

While I waited, about 12 people walked in, ordered at the counter, got their sandwiches, and left. They only had one person working the drive thru and app orders and another 3 working the in-store orders.

I lost count of how many times I selected the Cut in Half option, and the sandwhich still comes out uncut. It came to a point where I had to tell them at the drive-thru pick up to make sure it's cut in half, and still 50% of the time, it's cut in half or uncut. Other than that, great food, and generally friendly staff!
