I ordered a small iced picture perfect cocomo, no whip. Got to the window, they tried to hand me a blended drink that wasnt even a cocomo. Then I was asked if its sugar free? I said no, and repeated my order. So I hear the person making the drink ask its its some other beverage on the menu... so I repeated my order again so the person making it could hear me. So here comes some other female to the window and doesnt ask whats going on, has no idea whats transpired before she got to the window. Just tells ME I cant talk to them like that and I yelled (which i didnt). Now im upset and want my money back, then she tells me I won't be welcomed back?!... so I said its fine I want my money back and I will call your boss. She snapped and said "i AM the Manager!" Lol well as someone thats been in Management for 10+ years thats NOT how you handle a situation with a customer. Do better! Will have to find a new coffee spot!

I just had an oral surgery so I asked for it to be medium temperature. I came back at full temperature and I was like oh goodness it also doesn’t taste good. They said they were gonna remake it and refused to take the drink. I already had so somehow I’m ending up with two drinks. And then I get the second drink and they said oh we put some ice in there to make it colder and I said oh did you stir it. She was so bothered with doing her job of stirring a drink that she literally rolled her eyes. That was highly frustrating and gross. In my opinion

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
