  Used the drive thru. You will be amazed at how unfriendly it is here. And when you order a deluxe cheeseburger, you just get a meat and cheeseburger. Don't bother stopping here. It would be better to just go hungry until you can get someplace else.

  I frequently visit this Dairy Queen, but I usually go through the drive thru. Today my husband and I decided to eat inside. We ordered our food after about 5 minutes after arriving. Our receipt printed out with a time of 7:43pm. We sat down and our food was brought out pretty quickly. Unfortunately soon into the meal I noticed multiple ants on the wall right by our table. After getting about halfway through our food, we realize our blizzards hadn’t come. It was busy, so we gave it some time, then my husband went up and notified a young man about the missing items. The young man said “oh yeah” and walked away. We waited another 10 minutes before walking up to the counter. The time was now 8:13. The young man saw me, realized he forgot, and made the blizzards. I get my blizzards with no spoons, but they were also both wrong. They added strawberry to both when neither of us ordered anything with strawberry. I asked to speak to a manager. She came over and asked what the problem was. I told her and she took back the blizzards (I did not want them, but they shouldn’t be taking things back over the counter for health reasons). She remade our blizzards and both were under filled. Last I must mention that our entire time in the dining room, there was a teenage girl loudly on her phone talking about teenage pregnancy. At the end of our experience, my husband and I watched her go up to the manager, ask for some food (not at the register), and they made it asap for her.

  Slowest service you can imagine. It wasn't even busy. Spend your money elsewhere.

  My boyfriend and I just stopped here over the weekend and our food was fresh and delicious, made quickly and the employee worked super fast and didn't have any issue with my boyfriend asking for ranch and ketsup for his fries. I have bought the brownie extreme blizzard so many times and I keep forgetting that I can't really taste the brownie bits, so they are just this chewy chunk of stuff and I don't enjoy it. I wish the mocha one was made with coffee flavoring because I can't have real coffee anymore. 😭 Otherwise, it was a good snack on a sunny Saturday!!

  Had an online order and I come in and have to wait over 30 minutes and I still have yet to get the food while the young girl kept making eye contact with me and ignoring my questions while she kept serving other people their ice creams. Horrendous service and time management and straight out rude to ignore and then not even tell the customer if the order is ready after 30 minutes (a 6 pc chicken tender basket and 2 ice creams) or how much longer it will be. 30 minutes is already too long for only 3 items majorly disappointed and the staff need way better customer service skills or human decency skills in general. Very frustrating to be flat out ignored for over 40 minutes now it took to get the food and the young lady with dark hair was very not friendly.
