  First time I went here today and the meat tasted spoiled. I do not recommend going to Subways that are located in non-busy areas. The one inside the supercenter Walmart in Federal Way off of 16th Ave s has fresh food everytime I go there! I wish I could have gotten a refund for my purchase.

  lettuce was brown and tomatoes looked like mush. the meat was brown ir grey Lady working today was also no very friendly and acted annoyed i came in. 2nd time i have been there and she was rude last time too.

  This was my 3rd and last visit to this Subway. My first experience the same lady ( heavy set white lady with glasses and a nasty attitude) made my sandwich really didn't provide good customer service but did it. The 2nd time , which was 1/17/2026, a guy was working- you could tell that he wasn't that familiar with making sandwiches but he made my Protein Bites toasted and asked me what veggies I wanted, Today 1/20/2026 I went and the same lady (heavy set white lady with glasses and a nasty attitude) informed me that I couldn't get my protein bite toasted and DID NOT ask me what veggies I wanted- just grabbed stuff and folded it up. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

  We had a horrible experience here today! My family and I decided to go to this location for lunch. I had a coupon, which I received in the mail earlier this week. The coupon was, buy one footlong and drink and receive a second footlong for free. In the fine print, it clearly stated the second sandwich would be equal or lesser value, and the coupon expires 12/12/24. The lady working today had no idea what the coupon was. So, I gave it to her and let her read it. She then told me she had to call her owner. She did so in front of me, but spoke a different language so I couldn't understand what she was saying. Afterwards, she told me I could use the coupon for a ham or turkey sandwhich, and nothing else. Even though it clearly states otherwise on the coupon. I asked for the coupon back and told the employee that I would be going to a different subway. Not only did they lose a sale, they lost a customer. We have plenty of subways around our house. I have no need to return to this one.
