I haven't had Pizza Hut in a long time. I ordered delivery, but this star rating is based solely on the quality of food, which I do not think is good. I ordered two specialty hand-tossed pizzas because there was a deal, but the pizzas were paper thin. And the taste? I had to double check what I ordered because I couldn't tell what these pizzas were. These pizzas are going in the trash and sadly, it'll be a long time before anyone can convince me to give Pizza Hut another try. :(

I came to the store because I ordered a pizza, my payment was processed but it sent me a message saying that the store was unable to be reached. So I drove to the store to ask the employee about the problem and did he know why it did that. He kept giving me the excuse that I put in the wrong zip as if my payment wouldn't go through even though I explain that it took my money but said the store was unreachable. He then became upset instead of saying he didn't know the answer. He turned around, walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. He never tried to help me in-store, never apologize for the mixup. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! This was at 12:50am.
