    Ordered file-o-fish, and asked/paid for double cheese. What a shame. Ive got one little piece of cheese cut in 2 rectangular pieces overlapping on one side of bun. I had to ask for napkins because there were none in my bag and I am glad I looked into the bag. The guy handed me bunch of them like he didnt care. BTW, it was at 12:30 pm on Sunday, the less busiest time of the day.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's. I received a valid coupon for one Extra Value Meal from another McDonald's location and came here to redeem it. Instead of getting a clear answer, I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes while several employees talked among themselves in Spanish and laughed. I couldn't help but feel that they might have been laughing at me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. After all that waiting, they told me they could not accept the coupon because it did not have an address printed on it. I checked the coupon, and there wasn't even a place where an address would be printed. The issue wasn't just that they refused the coupon—it was the lack of professionalism, the poor communication, and the unnecessary wait. I left feeling embarrassed and very disappointed. I expect much better customer service from McDonald's.

    If I could, I’d give them a minus 1—or at least a zero. We got takeout: two burgers, two orders of fries, and two iced coffee milkshakes each. The burgers were edible, but nothing more. The fries tasted like unsalted toilet paper. The milkshake was so sickeningly sweet that it didn't even go well with the food, so hardly anyone drank it. We took the food to a park in Tacoma, right by the bay, and thank goodness there was a decent restroom there—because we became its regular customers for the next three hours. We were afraid to stray more than 20 feet away from it. I haven't experienced anything like that since childhood; I shudder to think what must have been in the food to cause such a reaction. My poor wife had a stomach ache all evening, too. I’d like to think it wasn't them, but we hadn't even eaten breakfast that day and didn't buy the food until 5 PM. So, this McDonald's is the only one to blame.

    We got food to go. It’s a good thing we were heading home. We both ended up with an upset stomach—we barely made it back in time. We spent the rest of the evening in the bathroom. Two different people of different ages, but the same result. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone even step foot in here, let alone buy anything...

    I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. I went through the drive-thru and was asked to park in front and wait for my order. I waited over 20 minutes in my car with no update. When I finally went inside to ask about my order, I was told they had give it to someone else and that I would have to wait another 5 minutes for a new one. The most disappointing part was that there was no apology or acknowledgment for the mistake or the long wait. Mistakes happen, but good customer service means taking responsibility and making it right. Very frustrating experience.
