  This morning on my way to church I stop at this location to grab a quick bite to eat. When trying to place my order after the person on the spearker asked if I was using the app I was left waiting 10 mins before I was able to place the order. When placing the order the associate was rude and not knowledgeable on the products you carry. When they finally got the order completed I drove to the window to pay and thats when they said they wouldnt take my money because the bill was too large for my order. That they dont take large bills unless the order is over 50 dollars. If this was posted with signage up to all customers I would understand but nowhere did it state this policy. Ive been to multiple locations and frequently visited this location and never have heard of this policy so when I asked about said policy I was told that it was new and only some people know about it (as in the people they enforce it on) and then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. When the manager came they were already what seemed to be upset, wouldnt let me talk and could not tell me where I could locate this policy. Then said if I wanted to eat here that I needed to go get change because it was not there job to verify bills. Then rudely slammed the window shut. This interaction made me feel bad so I called to get the store location number and managers name so I could make a formal complaint. Once the person answered the phone and I asked for the information, they hung up and keep hanging up in my face. So now Im at church starving but full of the lord’s blessings! *Only leaving 2star review because I heard it’s harder to get rid of*

  We waited over 25 minutes for our food priorities for the people that were doing Uber eats and not the people that were standing in the lobby waiting for their orders. I where the french fries were stacking up there was a mountain of cheeseburgers in the warmer.

  I saw an employee walk out of the restroom stall without washing their hands and went straight to taking orders and making food. When i confronted the manager, she said he washed his hands behind the counter and I watched him not do exactly that. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR AND THE MANAGER PROMOTED IT!! She then proceeds to tell us they are OUT OF SOAP AND BORROWING FROM A NEARBY STORE!! WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?? PLZ DONT GO HERE!!

  Not actually 24 hours, they close the drive through from 3:30 to 4: 00am when they're switching from dinner to breakfast. I know they're a kitchen and a business and it takes time to break down and set up, but it's really frustrating that it didn't say that at all on here or in the app. I would have routed to a different location but instead I got into the parking lot and there were cones blocking the drive-thru.

  I went through the drive through today there's no other cars in the line. They didn't tell me the price before getting to the payment window. Then, the lady just stuck out her hand for payment didn't say hello. I asked her how she was and got ignored and she shut the window closed on me (I assume she just didnt hear me). After paying, I pull forward to the pickup window and again not even a greeting or a smile. Just a "here you go"
