  I stopped by Jamba expecting to order fresh-squeezed orange juice, but this location does not offer it. Unfortunately, it took an unreasonable amount of patience and effort to communicate with the employee about the available ingredients. I repeatedly asked which smoothies contained actual fruit and whether the fruit was fresh or frozen. She first told me they had fresh pineapple, then clarified that she meant pineapple sorbet because it was supposedly made with fresh pineapple. She also continued insisting that all the drinks contained fruit because they were made with fruit juice, which did not answer my question. As a final attempt, I asked whether I could order a particular smoothie and replace the listed ingredients with actual fruit. She responded by asking whether I wanted fruit blended with water. At that point, the conversation had become so unnecessarily difficult that I left without ordering anything. I came in hoping for a refreshing drink but left feeling completely drained by the experience.

  I went by today (6/4) to get a new featured drink from the website for my friend. The gentleman at the register didn't know the drink, and he had just been trained on all the new drinks. He was so kind and so patient and we pulled up the ingredients and he whipped it right up, offering me a sample to make sure it was ok before I paid for the drink I didnt know what I was expecting because it wasn't my drink but it tastes like something my friend likes so we went with it When I delivered the drink (90 min later, because life happens) he said it was refreshing and delicious So thank you for not being an ah about me ordering something not on the menu. Thank you for working with me to find the info. Thank you for making the drink perfectly. I hope that you get some kind of recognition from the owners for being resourceful and customer service based. You are an asset for them and I wish I had got your name.
