  I generally like Dutch bros, but this location is terrible. It's such an awkward drive thru with no real space. The way they order here is terribly inefficient. Its always atleast at 15-20 min wait once you arrive EVEN with placing a mobile Order.

  Dutch Bros is hands down my favorite coffee stop! The drinks are always amazing, especially the Rebels—they have so many fun flavors to choose from, and they're the perfect pick-me-up any time of day. The coffee is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly, energetic, and genuinely happy to see you. One of my favorite things is the Dutch Bros app and all the fun challenges and rewards. It makes every visit even more exciting, and I love earning points while trying new drinks. The app is easy to use, and the special promotions keep me coming back. Between the delicious drinks, positive atmosphere, excellent customer service, and engaging app experience, Dutch Bros has created something special. If you're looking for great coffee, amazing energy drinks, and a company that knows how to make customers feel appreciated, Dutch Bros is the place to go! Highly recommend—5 stars all the way!

  Figure out which employee is making the other employees miserable! I don’t care if it’s your number one employee you do not need to have a person there who is making everyone else’s lives miserable. I’ve been going here for years I mean since you opened atleast a few times a week usually daily. I’ve never seen these people so unhappy. It’s not one it’s everyone of them I hardly come across on happy person now. Even the girls that always have the most happy energy their light is dimmed! Please for the love of god I’m so tired of coming here and they look miserable I have been driving to puyallup. I swear to you something is happening and you need to go in and investigate for your self send some secret shoppers in or something!! Save your business these employees don’t deserve this. many of them I’ve seen forever but I’ve also seen so many new employees and that never happens I usually always see one person I know lately hardly see that mostly new people. With occasional regular. Im here begging for my Dutch servers they’re too sweet and im saddened by their light being dimmed.
