Love their hot caramelized drink. Also, staff there actually works hard to get your orders and are out n about in all different weather conditions. So they deserve to be tipped as compared to other places which just hands out your drinks through window.

The nice gentleman who helped us around 7pm-ish here was spectacular and probably one of the best Dutch Bros employee that I've encountered. I accidently placed an order on the app at the wrong location and the drive was 20+ minutes. When we arrived, I told him the situation and he told me he would remake our drinks immediately as it was sitting for a bit. I was so appreciative that he wasn't judgmental and quick to try to help an unfortunate situation to a happy outcome. The drinks were made to perfection! He chatted with us while he was making our drinks quickly. I also asked for some dog treats as we had our dogs with us and he gave the correct amount with a smile. Thank you Dutch Bros for being a ray of sunshine in my life, especially when I've been dealing with so many things and just exhausted. Definitely look forward to coming back to this location whenever given the chance.
