  I am writing to share a frustrating experience I had on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and to request resolution on a couple of outstanding items. I placed an online order intended for delivery to a Seattle address as part of a meal train for a friend who recently lost her father. This was a meaningful gesture for a large grieving family, and I wanted it to go smoothly. The order totaled over $100. Unfortunately, five minutes before the scheduled 4:00 PM delivery, I received a call from the Northeast Tacoma Domino's location informing me they could not deliver to the address because the system had routed my Seattle order to their store rather than the correct one. I want to note that in my experience, the Domino's website typically prevents this kind of error by automatically routing orders to the correct store or blocking out-of-range addresses. That safeguard did not work in this case, and I was left scrambling with no time to spare. During that call, I asked the representative if they could help me identify which store should have received the order, since there are hundreds of Domino's locations and I had no way to know which one served that Seattle address. At that point, the general manager joined the call uninvited and took over. I want to be clear: I did not ask to escalate. She introduced herself and immediately made it clear she had no intention of helping. Every alternative solution I proposed was met with a flat refusal. When I asked if she could at least apply a credit to my account for the inconvenience, she agreed, and then ended the call abruptly without allowing me to confirm any details. I was ultimately able to locate the correct Seattle store on my own, call them directly, verify the address, and place a new order over the phone. The staff at that location were wonderful and went out of their way to help. The delivery arrived around 4:30, which was later than intended but manageable given the circumstances. I am genuinely grateful for how that team showed up. However, I am following up because two things remain unresolved: 1. I never received the account credit that was promised by the Northeast Tacoma manager. 2. The second order was placed over the phone, so I did not receive any rewards points for a purchase of more than $100. Because I called my order in, due to needing to be sure the location was correct. I am hoping Domino's can make this right by honoring the promised credit. I also want to offer this feedback in good faith: I work in business development and customer service consulting, and this experience stands out as a real coaching opportunity for the Northeast Tacoma location. A general manager who inserts herself into a customer call and responds to every reasonable alternative with inflexibility, then ends the call unilaterally, is someone who would benefit from additional support and training. I share this not to be punitive, but because I genuinely believe that gap is fixable, and that customers deserve better.

  Danny is the man. My girlfriend's apartment is a maze. The first time I showed up I was lost in a different complex asking strangers how I got there. I prayed for Danny, thinking he wouldn't be able to deliver on the pizza. Boy was i wrong. I watched helplessly from the in-app map while he navigated the wasteland of apartments and parked cars seamlessly. In retelling this story, NASA is now looking for him to lead Artemis IV and we have nominated him for an award in community service. Danny is one of the good ones.

  Good customer service, always my first option when I have family reunions or when I watch a game or movie. I use my dominoes app or order online, use my rewards as much.

  This is the closest Domino's location to us, but we prefer it over any others in the area. Food is always fresh and delicious! Wait times can be longer during peak hours, but they do their best to get you your food as quickly as possible so that it's still hot and not stale or anything. Deliveries are also still very hot and fresh. Highly recommend!
