  Very disappointing customer service experience. I accidentally placed the wrong order today and immediately called the restaurant to request that it be canceled. Instead of helping me resolve the situation, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive, and confrontational. She raised her voice and yelled at me during the conversation, which I found completely unacceptable and very disrespectful. She told me to contact DoorDash, so I immediately contacted DoorDash as instructed. DoorDash then informed me that they could not cancel or refund the order unless the restaurant canceled it. I was essentially sent back and forth between the restaurant and DoorDash after I had already contacted the restaurant promptly. I understand that I made a mistake when placing the order. However, an honest ordering mistake does not justify yelling at or disrespecting a customer who is immediately trying to correct it. The issue for me is not simply that the order could not be canceled. It is the manner in which I was treated and the lack of professionalism shown during the interaction. I hope management reviews this incident and takes the necessary steps to ensure customers are treated respectfully and professionally. I have never experienced this type of customer service before, and I left this interaction extremely disappointed.

  I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Wingstop and the amazing team working here. I was having a really tough day, and despite it being incredibly busy because of the Seahawks’ NFL home opener, Xochitl, Nancy, and Angel went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. What really stood out to me was that they treated us like we were the only customers there. You could tell they were under a tremendous amount of pressure with how busy the restaurant was, but they never let that affect their attitude, their service, or the way they treated us. Their kindness and professionalism genuinely made a difference in my day. People are quick to complain when things go wrong, but I believe employees who go above and beyond deserve to be recognized. Xochitl, Nancy, and Angel absolutely deserve recognition, appreciation, and honestly.. RAISES!! Wingstop, you have some incredible people representing your restaurant. Please make sure these three know how much their hard work and kindness are appreciated. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into one I’ll genuinely remember.
