Came thru drive thru spent $45 asked the girl with the blonde hair and neck tattoo to split our tab she said the system at taco bell doesn't allow this. When we questioned it she sighed and rolled her eyes slammed the window so hard it bounced back open. Way unprofessional and disgusting

They messed up my order the first time around because of how busy it was and I called and the night manager instantly made it right. Remade my food properly and even added a few extra things! Also gave us a free meal for the inconvenience in the future! Great service!

I shouldn't have to answer 50 yes/ no questions every time I grab a quick bite to eat and the Taco Bells in this area are the absolute worst when it comes to that. This specific location the lady just strait up sounds like a robot. Completely monotone "do you want to double the beef. Make it spicy?" On repeat. Every single item. And every year they just add one more yes/no question. So currently it requires saying the word no, 57 times in order to get a $11 box meal.
Do you think it's enjoyable saying no 75 times just to get some taco bell? Maybe if they used humans they would get the hint after the first no and just stop asking. They could even put up a sign that says "customize your order, double the beef for $1.50, make it spicy" and just stop asking 89 questions for a taco.
With that, I will say this specific location does the best job filling the tacos and burritos. And the workers seem like good people. Is that worth saying no 100 times for my order? No.
