- JAJohn ArbuckleFeb 27, 20261.0Pulled up to the drive thru speaker, at 9:50pm, employee had a very bad attitude and didnt seem like she cared about serving me (she had blue in her hair, white, looked to be in her mid 30s, I got to the window and observerd her on her phone not paying attention to me, she stood on her phone for a couple minutes, during which I observed her drinking her drink and putting back on the drive thru station where food would go, without washing her hands she makes my drinks and grabs the food, hand me the stuff I ordered and did not even say anything, no have a good night, just handed it to me with an attitude like I was inconveniencing her time she wanted to spend on her phone not doing her job, this is not the first time I have had an issue with this person and I belive management should look it to this.
