  Fork was in my coney, and my order was cancelled to take a different persons order while I was ordering and a nicer person luckily too it after. He was polite and didn’t take very long. Also too expensive.

  My roomie and I stopped here on the way back down from Everett to Redmond and the food was decent, the service was quick, and the lot was relatively clean. I'd definitely stop here again when I'm craving sonic and happen to be up in Everett.

  Placed a mobile order was missing half my order came back around saw the girl who handed us the food read the receipt with another worker and laughed after realizing she missed half the order. Got our order "fixed" and WAS STILL missing items and RECEIVED wrong items again. Worst experience and also poor customer service no engagement or apology. Worst Sonic's to visit and will let others know as well.

  I called to ask if you sell bags of ice and I was driving through bad cell service. I didn’t hear the answer to my question and when I called back 3-4 times they didn’t pick up the phone anymore. Bad customer service.

  Horrible service. Waited over an hour for a mobile order pick up to not even get the order. Halfway through waiting after the order said it should be ready, the employees couldn’t find my order. After 20 minutes of waiting for them to figure it out, they said I had to reorder and get back in line. I just left cause it was absolutely ridiculous. They couldn’t process the refund either. This wasn’t the first time the mobile order was 45+ minute wait.
