Went through the drive through today as this sonic is on my way home and ordered a chicken club sandwich combo, and the entire combo was disappointing. Lettuce is bad and brown from how old it is and the chicken was burnt or old cause it was hard to bite on it, and to top it off the fries looked like if someone had eaten into them already
Ordered at the stalls when there were only 2 other people there and it took 20 minutes to get the food and my drink was incorrect(had nerds in it which I do not like and def did not order) which is an upcharge. I just asked for it to be remade because the small upcharge wasnt a big issue, oopsies happen. The woman talking to me through the speaker was super nice, the woman that I interacted with who came out to the car was super rude. Then we went through the drive-thru after we ate because we saw toys for the kids meals and really wanted some. We asked if they sold the toys separately, they said no. Ok no worries , well get the whole meal. So we bought two whole kids meals just so we could get the toys. We get the meals through the drive-thru window and they closed the window and there's no toys in the bag. We sit at the window for another 3 minutes before they open the window and ask what we're waiting for. We say the toys and they're like oh and give us a rude look and then hand us toys that are NOT the ones advertised. Why would I ask specifically if you had those exact toys advertised sold separately, and then buy a whole meal just for those toys, and you give me different toys??? Ridiculous. And on top of that, The burger in the kids meal is genuinely the worst burger I've ever had from sonics so it was just an entire waste of money. Bad food and not the toys advertised. They didn't even provide a receipt for anything, so I'll be contacting corporate for a refund but because of the mistakes of the Sonic's employees, I don't even know if I'll be able to get a refund. You can't be bad at your job and rude about it. It's one or the other. I've been to the Marysville location a hundred times over the years, and I will continue to take the extra 15-minute drive because there's no way I will be returning back to this location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC LOCATION ! The big dude who is the manager forgot to give me the Sanrio toy that came with my meal yesterday, and had to drive back to the location to ask for it. Today when I came back and ordered the same meal, both were in there but when I asked politely if he swap it to help complete my gf’s collection he told me it was random. I asked the girl working if I could buy them separately and she said I could but he rudely stepped in and said that I have to buy the meal. Other locations are nice enough to swap it for you. Go to any location but this one. Sorry a minimum wage job makes you upset and not willing to help others out.
I was in a hurry and needed something quick. I was close to Sonic so pulled into the drive through. I sat behind one other car for at least 5 minutes if not longer. I had the news on so I was watching the clock. It was apparent that the car in front of me had a very large order so I decided to drive around to the parking area. I rang the bell to order, waited about a minute and then a young man askede to move my car to the drive through lane. I asked why and he had no answer. There were other cars in the drive through so I gave up and went somewhere else. Disappointed
They have continually messed up our food each time coming in. We have had to call corporate to get points or some type of refund back when we ask for them to make it proper we get ugly faces towards us. They have their phones off the hook on purpose to ignore their mess ups general manager of the Marysville location said that they get the calls for this location and the district manager is the same for all locations and they say this location is the worst and that is coming from the general manager.
