  Honestly, this location has been steadily improving with their service, compared to when they first opened. All in all, its Sonic. Go for drinks, which are cheaper if you grab them through their mobile app, and maybe grab some food if you're feeling hungry.

  Poor customer service. Missing an item from my order and food is cold after sitting in the stall for over 20mins and then ringing the button to get a status on the delay, only to be told they are only servicing customers through the drive thru. Staff should be informing customers in advance if they will not be servicing carhop customers instead of ignoring them and letting them sit for extended periods without so much as a courtesy notice. Staff at this location on this particular day are rude. Do better Sonic! Remember it’s the customers that keep you in business and keep your staff employed!

  If I could give a zero I would. This was the absolute worst experience. Waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks, a corn dog, and mozzarella sticks. We ordered 8 minutes out from the restaurant in the app. Arrived checked in at a stall then after 15 it said Marcus was on his way. Well he wasn’t so they lied about that then we continued waiting because it’s not uncommon for this location to lie about that stuff. After 30 minutes we hopped in the drive through after seeing 15-20 cars cleared through the drive through after we showed up. There was no apology just okay pull up to the window. We then WATCHED them make our order even though supposedly it was delivered to us 35-40 minutes ago. This location keeps doing this time and time again which I keep complaining about but clearly nothing works. The product is the only reason I go back but after this and the lack of customer service I don’t know if I’ll be back. I am in food service so it takes a lot for me to get annoyed but this was the final straw. I was sick and needed food so I didn’t throw up but instead I waited 40 minutes with no “sorry for you wait” in sight.

  Gave the sonics a chance again and still the same issues. Lack of customer service, poor food quality and terrible wait times to even call this fast food. Items were missing which isn't new. Teenagers laughing and providing the worst service. I read all the reviews with owner responses and still don't see any training or difference since then which leaves an empty apology or no effort to change. By far the worst location and overall restaurant in everett.

  I would leave zero stars if I could. To start off I am not a Karen I work in food service and I am very patient and understanding. However their customer service was unacceptable. To start off they didn’t charge us to the right lane we were parked in and were sitting for 12 minutes waiting to pay. That’s fine I understand mistakes, however than we proceed to wait legitimately 40 minutes+ for our food. We finally pull up to the window and tell them. They than proceed to close the window (it’s a window we can see and lowkey hear through it) they then clearly are talking and laughing about how we weren’t waiting for 40 minutes. I was not angry until this moment, I was frustrated but understanding. The final straw was making it seem like we were lying when I have literal receipts of when we paid and when we got our food. However I keep my composure and say thank you while they give us our food. Our food is cold and they didn’t give us the Right drink size. I ask for a refund and they say that’s not possible but we can have a free drink. Are we being deadass right now a free drink 😂 when we are 20 minutes late we offer a whole free pint of ice cream, cookies, or a full fecund at my store. I understand sometimes policies being different from work place to work place. This place is ran by a bunch of teenagers and is a complete joke. I’m sure there are responsible teenagers that can handle this sort of dispute, however clearly this was not shown here. Needless to say I am incredibly dissatisfied, disappointed, and honestly appalled. But also this is fast food so what can I expect. And lastly cherry on top we did not spend 30 dollars it was at least 70 dollars worth of order.
