  Like this store. Quick amd easy but they are under transition and remodeling right now.

  I have been shopping at this location for 9 years now since it is the closest to my house. I’ve had many issues with coupons not working, the app not reflecting deals I’ve added beforehand, expired items still on shelves sometimes 3-4 weeks past use by date, and crappy attitudes from employees. Today 2 of my coupons didn’t apply and I didn’t notice when checking out due to a large pit bull being in the store and hearing dogs barking and almost attacking each other. Why am I hearing this in a grocery store where I am shopping for food? I was told that all the person has to say is “it's a service dog” That is ridiculous!! They should have to show proper documentation to bring “service animals” into the store. There has been multiple instances I’ve seen dogs running around in here unsecured by the owner! It isn’t safe for customers! I also was told they couldn’t apply the $10 off $50 purchase unless I went out to my car, got my groceries and came back in to refund and re-ring them. Why couldn’t I get an adjustment on my receipt or a gift card to use the next time? The customer service number I was given didn’t understand why they didn’t handle it in store either! I’m taking my business elsewhere, it isn’t worth the hassle to shop at this location anymore.

  ‼️If I could give zero stars, I would. I was vomiting in the restroom—my friends were helping hold back my hair because I had food poisoning or something, though that’s not the point—when a female employee named Selma started banging on the door. She kicked us out of the store without letting us explain anything, screaming at us and forcing us out. She called us names and told us to “shut our mouths,” using very offensive language. She even sent me “somewhere” when I told her to leave us alone. I have a video of it, and she was even flipping me off right in front of the camera. This is a nightmare—the exact opposite of good customer service!‼️

  I have been coming here for the past several years monthly to buy chicken for my team, I always call a day in advance to give them time but the last 4-5 times everytime I come at the time I give for pick up it’s never ready and I have to wait for them to cook it for me which is very inconvenient because I have to get to work. What has changed and why does this keep happening lately?

  I hate to pile on but my experience at this store today was horrible. Michelle T the front end manager was so rude to other employees it was uncomfortable. I feel bad for anyone that works here. Michelle cussed at an employee in front of me, accused employees of stealing something from her and hardly greeted me or interacted with me even though she was helping me. She was too busy being rude to her staff, yikes.
