You had zero checkout lanes open. I bought two things. And had an issue checking out it kept canceling my card. So your employee comes over to help me. And he wants to take my card out of my hand. He's not wearing a mask. There's no hand sanitizer over on his station. I don't want him touching my debit card. I don't know if he's carrying a cold or a virus and there's people who are getting sick right now. I wanted to swipe my card not tap it so I could get cash back. And he keeps telling me top it tap it. And I keep telling him I don't want to do that I want to do it this way. So he's not listening to me I don't get my cash back and I have to come back into the store to buy something else. So I said if this isn't working properly why don't you put up a sign saying it's not working. He said well it's not working but it just wasn't working for you. I'm tired of your employees running their mouth back at me when I'm trying to communicate with them something about their customer service and their communication or lack thereof. Can you please address this? Can your employees please be nice to your customers? Can they please ask before they do something? Can they make sure that we leave happy? Can you make sure you have another check stand open in case I don't want to ring up my own groceries? And I want to make sure the pen pad works and I get my cash back properly? Thank you.
