  Absolutely amazing!! The employee who took my order was so pleasant, the Philly Cheesecake was truly amazing. So glad I found this little gem!!!

  How this place has 4.7 stars is astonishing.. This was the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I told myself there’s no way a Philly cheesesteak spot in Washington state could be good. But I saw 4.7 stars and told myself have to try it. First off, the bread was so soggy and soft, I couldn’t even pick it up. The onion to meat ratio was way off, there should never be ann equal amount of onions to steak in an cheesesteak, and there were barely any mushrooms. The two stars I did give are for the service and the Garlic Fries. The guy who took my order was really cool and he hooked me up with their spicy mayo and their garlic mayo. Both were fire! The garlic fries were also fire! But the cheesesteak was wack..

  I called at 7:37 p.m. to place an order for pickup. I was just being courteous since I saw they closed at 8:00 p.m. that I would call and place an order instead of just showing up, even though I would have arrived by 7:40 p.m. Regardless, they told me the kitchen closes at 7:40 p.m. It was 7:38 p.m., so the kitchen should still have been open. Why have an 8:00 p.m. closing time if you don't serve people until 8:00 p.m.? They told me even if I showed up, they wouldn't serve me. The situation escalated from there: 1. The person who took my call hung up on me. 2. I called back and asked to talk to a manager, and he hung up on me a second time. 3. He said that he checked the parking lot, saw it was empty, and they decided to shut down early. I've been coming here for years, but after this, I will never come again. It was completely and utterly disrespectful. If you're open until 8:00, you should serve people until 8:00, or you should let people know that you stop serving at 7:30.

  We are leaving today to head back to Tennessee and wanted to try another local place before we headed out. I found this place on Google Maps and the name got me, I Had to try it! I am so happy we did!! We both got the mushroom onion Philly and I got a side of garlic fries. The sandwiches were delicious and a perfect portion, very filling. I got a combo for mine with a side of garlic fries. Their garlic fries are the real deal! They were coated in chopped garlic, garlic, not just garlic powder. I saved this place for the next time we visit the area I will need to eat here again!!
