Do not go here if you want your stupid food in less than 20 minutes. Doesn’t matter if you are curbside, drive through, or walk-in. ffs. Edit: I have now waited over 30 minutes for my curbside order. Un freaking believable. Do not go here. Edit 2: 45 minutes later and two completely wrong orders they came and told me they didn’t have my order. In spite of the email confirmation, app confirmation, and credit card charge. Now I have to try and work through their crappy customer service to get my damn money back. Boycot this location. Honestly. It’s that bad.

When my order was ready, he did not hand it to me properly—instead, he placed it on the window in a careless and dismissive way, almost like he was throwing it. He didn’t say anything, didn’t acknowledge me, and showed no basic customer service. The behavior felt very disrespectful and unprofessional, especially from someone who is working in big chain like mcd . I hope the store management takes this seriously and improves how customers are treated.i tell the incident to my friend same thing happened with him too . I request the management to look into this matter
