- ZZZekeMay 5, 20261.0I literally repeated myself over 3 times in the drive thru. The worker still for some reason wouldn’t update the screen. And because of that, my meal was STILL wrong…. I told them how I wanted my order and repeated myself over 3 times because the screen only showed one thing right. I told the worker multiple times how I wanted the burger and still, they didn’t update the order on the screen. I don’t know how I can be more clearer… They literally acknowledged my request and repeated it back to me. And you still refuse to update the screen?… Did you just not hear me after multiple repeated requests or did you just decide NOT to update the order for whatever reason?…..

- ASAmelie SchandelApr 29, 20264.0My partner ordered a large sweet tea for curbside, when it came out it was very clearly in a medium cup because my large sprite was right next to it, my partner was like "oh i ordered a large, i think this is a medium" and the worker didn't say anything, so my partner asked "did you guys change the sizes of iced tea" and the worker responded with "yeah we did" and walked away. we looked it up and the size was definitely not changed, still a four star because the drive thru workers were great and gave us the large after we explained! and we even got a little cup of whipped cream for our cat that was with us. kudos to the two guys working drive thru on 4/29 for helping us out!

Had to go back get the other 2 and we asked for them to get remade and handed back the other sandwiches finally the cherry on top an aditude from the worker.
