  I ordered two slim 6's through the app. The slim 6 is supposed to be provolone and bread. Both of my sandwiches arrived with bread, cheese, and guac??? I was super confused and checked the app. I had not inputted any modifications. I called the store and the people on the phone were super helpful and had my sandwiches remade and sent out again. They arrived promptly and the delivery person apologized (not his fault). I opened my sandwiches to find the bread dug out leaving just crust and half of the amount of cheese that came on my first sandwiches. This seems to be a common theme in other reviews I read after my experience. Sandwiches (especially a cheese and bread sandwich) shouldnt be hard.

  I haven’t lived near a Jimmy John’s in a while and as a former GM, it’s still a favorite of mine so I was excited to live near one again. The employees are all always super sweet, however, they can’t seem to get my sandwich correct. First time I got a #1 Pepe and got home to discover a #4 Turkey tom. This second time I got a beach club and there’s no cucumbers on it. That comes with cucumbers by default so them missing that ingredient shouldn’t happen. Edited to update - just gave them yet another shot and my #5 Vito had no onions on it… they come on the sandwich by default. Can we please learn the menu before making peoples orders 🙃

  The food is always pretty good. But on this day only one person was doing all the work. There were two employees and the guy that was "taking" orders looked at me and my guest as if we had somehow insulted him by placing an order. The dude had serious attitude problems. This was on a Saturday, July 11th at around 1-2 in the afternoon. The girl was working hard and did a great job. No name tags or I would have used it. Just disappointing to have such rudeness for no reason.
