    I visited a couple of days ago Sat. 8/22 and unfortunately there was an issue with our drink order. The drink was made incorrectly, and when we explained that it wasn’t the drink we had ordered, there seemed to be some tension between the barista and the person taking our order. I understand that mistakes happen, but the tension and body language between the staff were noticeable and made the interaction a little uncomfortable. I think there could be better communication between the staff in situations like this, while also being mindful of how that tension comes across to customers.

    8/24 10:35ish. 4 separate orders. Line buster gave massive attitude and was rude and degrading. I understand how time consuming it is to separate the orders but it’s your job and I expect that if I’m giving you my business youre going to train your employees or staff your shop with people who are kind and respectful. Love Dutch bros but the culture today was not very good.

    I was in line before the store closed and was waiting for the person in front of us. They were taking a long time looking at the menu and when it came to be our turn the girl at the window said " we can't help you". They helped the person in front of us, but not me. We were in line before 11:00 and the girl at the window just dismissed us. It honestly couldn't have been that hard to make one last drink. I was super disappointed and she ruined my night. Any other coffee placed would've helped.
