Tonight we had employees lie and mislead us about an order that should have been ready but we were forced to wait at the pickup counter for almost 30 minutes to simply hand over the cooked food. The employee that told us to wait completely ignored us at the pickup window for 20 minutes while finishing with customers in the store, and then we got help only when new customers walked in and told them that the people at the counter were looking around for help. My previous experiences felt like they were brought on from being understaffed but this time it felt like the employees wanted to do the most to avoid helping us.

After the first 5 min, a woman came to the window and said they would help the 2 people inside, then me. Watched them help the 2 people. Sat there for 5 min, watched them help 2 more people who walked in after I was already told I would be helped. 3 people pulled up behind me and just straight up decided to leave because it was taking so long. After 20 min a customer inside, Not an employee, noticed me and pointed out the fact I hadn't been helped to the staff. A man who said he was a delivery driver came to the window and apologized. When asked why the long wait, staff lied to me and gave 2 different answers. I'm very upset I had to wait so long and got lied to my face about why. At least keep your story consistent if you're gonna lie to your customers.

I spoke to an associate that told me he would have it fixed and ready by the time I got there. My husband picked it up and didn't think to look. I called right when he got home and they said they couldn't help me or fix my order since on the way home my husband ate a slice and it wasn't a full pizza. I asked to speak to the manger and I got "disconnected" 100% guarantee is a miss at this location. Beware.
