For someone who website says order at least one day ahead cake wasn't even done and ready! Also the lady looked annoyed for no reason when the cake should of been done!!!. I aint got 15 minutes to wait I have a birthday party to get to!!!.

When I arrived, people were inside, it was during listed business hours, and it even said on the door "this door must be left unlocked during business hours". No sign saying it's closed or not available to the public. But it was locked. You can at least put a sign up.

Most of the time, it's something small that doesn't matter much, so it's not a problem. This time, I ordered online, got a sandwich and a basket along with a drink and 2 Blizzards. Not only were one of the Blizzards completely missing, the drink was just water instead of the soft drink I added.
