- TGTenzhen GaMay 5, 20262.0Food-wise, this place is just mid-tier; you can’t expect too much, but the environment, on the other hand, is really poor. The place is really dirty. The whole lobby really needs a thorough cleaning to be more presentable, and service speed is 3/6 at best. Somehow called a fast food restaurant, but always takes more than ten minutes, whether it’s busy or not. The staff is what you would expect from a fast-food place; they’re just there to work and clock out.

Every single time I’ve come in, the chicken has been burnt but my most recent visit was by far the worst. It was so overcooked and burnt it was actually inedible. I get that this is a casual fast-food spot, but that’s not an excuse for serving food this bad. Whoever is working the grill in the afternoon or evening clearly either needs proper training or shouldn’t be on the grill at all.

- TTTravid TylerApr 26, 20261.0I just placed an online order for a burrito from this location and requested fajitas, guacamole, sour cream and queso in my burrito among other items, but I didn’t get any of those in my order, I only ended up with a chicken beans and rice burrito with a bit of corn and cheese in it :( I paid extra for the guacamole and queso and I didn’t get any, and when I tried to remedy the situation through the app, all I got was a free guacamole promo that I can use for a future purchase instead of a refund. It was my first time eating from here and I got a completely wrong order that I paid extra for, I don’t think I’ll ever come back
