    They forgot a meal that I ordered, and they forgot sauces that I specifically asked for. When I pulled up to the window, they didn’t have my name in the system. Took an extra 15-20 minutes for me to get my food.

    I love Chick fil a, but every time I have gone to this location they have messed up my order. They need training.

    We were excited to get a Chik fil a in mill creek but these kids running this location are confused. When the “blue shirt” people were there (corp trainers?) great experience. Now they are on their own they take forever to make orders or worse make them wrong. Please bring your trainers back, this location needs help.

    i got a large mac bowl, 3 piece tender, and a cookies and cream shake. It was all right but they forgot my and i had to wait an extra 10 minutes for it.

    5/4/26 Eddie was very kind and patient taking our order! The food was great, love the spicy deluxe and root beer frosted soda! Impressed with the service with how busy it was!
