- JKJessica KJan 20, 20225.0Best Baskin Robbins in the area! 2 years ago had a horrible experience at the Marysville location, last year had a good experience at the Colby location, but this year had an amazing experience at this location on Everett Mall Way! I ordered a full sheet Oreo Ice Cream Cake and asked for "Happy Birthday" to be written in Fudge (which every CA location was able to do for me in the past but neither of the previously mentioned WA ones had been able to do). Not only were they able to write it in fudge, but they wrote it on a piece of white chocolate as a banner and didn't charge me extra! The cake had more whipped cream than I've seen before and inside the cake had the perfect ratio of cake and ice cream. The cake itself wasn't old and stale either (once we got home and dug into it) The employee at the store was wonderful when we arrived; we even purchased a scoop of ice cream and she was patient and kind. Out of every Baskin Robbins experience over the last 20 years in 2 states, this was the best experience I've had. We will be coming back definitely!

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?

Where can I use my Baskin-Robbins gift card?
