  I ordered thru door dash a beef and chedder and jamocha shake and they showed up w chicken tenders and a diet coke and i cant get ANYONE to answer the frkn phone at Arby's, ridiculous

  This place is very dirty. The glass entrance doors were filthy to the point I didn't really want to touch the handle. Once inside the floor was sticky all over to the point we could feel it pulling on our shoes. The food was no better. My mother had a sliver of plastic bag in her beef and cheddar and my potato wedges were raw in the middle. Nothing was appetizing at all to the point I just threw mine away to avoid possibly getting sick. We didn't bother complaining to the staff as it would be a waste of time speaking with a manager who would let this place get so bad. Lost a customer for life on this one.

  When I used to live closer we went here every couple months. There was a super animated guy that used to operate the intercom order microphone thingie (taking drive thru orders. He was the best...who wouldn't smile when the guy taking orders makes it sound like you're on a game show😍🙌 I think we've dined in once every. Today was drive thru, our usual. The lady who took our order was very professional, sweet & helpful. Our order was all correct! That's a big deal anywhere these days. Nothing took long & I only had to go in got a straw inside. No biggie. It was 8:30 (Friday) and the whole place looked to have just been cleaned and it smelled so fresh. They also have a good amount of parking and a nice landscaper who does a great job! Honestly, this place is a gem. Everybody there was so nice to ight. They really haven't changed after all these years as far as I know. Our order: meat & 3 box, add $2 for the gyro Double cheddar & beef meal with large curly fry& java shake Original roast beef sandwich 6 piece mozzarella 2 piece peach rolls (so good) *Only complaint is we got mostly fry ends. Out of 2 fries containers we only 3 curly fries but they were really nice.*

  Sometimes on the rare occasion I just crave their beef and cheddar. Always hits the spot

  Bought a Philly cheese off of door dash, looked great in the picture, came looking like a lunchables sub you get from Safeway, get a firehouse Philly cheese if you are thinking about getting one instead
