  I had a great crispy chicken sandwich! My experience was wonderful, I am hard of hearing and my aids went dead as I pulled up, my server was very accommodating, made sure I understood what they were saying, and very polite to me

  Stopped in through the drive through. Whoever was taking my order has lost you a customer due to her crap attitude. I didn't even stick around for my food.

  This was our first time stopping by the Arby’s in Elma, conveniently located next to the Burger King, Grocery Outlet, and O’Reilly Auto Parts. We stopped in for a quick bite and tried the French dip sandwich along with a classic burger. The food was fantastic—everything was fresh and exactly as we ordered. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the space; the restrooms were available and well-maintained. The highlight, though, was the customer service. A young staff member—possibly of Hispanic background—was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great stop—and we’ll definitely be back, especially on our way to Seaside!
