The food is fine, but when I was at checkout, my sweet cashier wanted to close down her isle (I was the only one there at the time), but somebody (probably manager or lead?) called over to her to keep it open since someone else wasn’t back from lunch. My cashier said she really needed to use the restroom but the manager just ignored her. I’m kicking myself now that I didn’t let her go while I was in line, cuz I totally could’ve waited. I just thought it was so mean that manager didn’t come over to cover for her for literally one minute. So cruel :(

However, I often find that the checkout lines can be quite long, especially during busy hours. Overall, it's a convenient spot for grocery shopping, but a little more staff during peak times would make a big difference.

So yeah not to satisfied with Safeway and how they literally steal from the people and community.
