  Food and service were great, everything was fresh and tasty. Gave 4/5 for atmosphere because of very little seating at a very busy gas station. Totally fine for a grab-n-go, but limited if you want to sit and eat there.

  Everything off at the Arby's and this pilot today. I ordered extra onions on my Greek grro but you would have thought I said no veggies. It was the least amount of lettuce tomato and onions ever, just tons of meat with barely any sauce or anything else. I'm i ordered a large fry and got a medium and she asked what sauce I wanted at the counter, horsey of course, so they only put arby sause in. 🙃 I did not give them the worst score cause they girls were sweet. But part of the issue was the pilot was absolutely falling apart systematically. No big cups by the fountain drinks, only little ones and only big lids. Then the fountain was an actual fountain it squirted lemonade and squirt on me rather than in the couo. I was going to get ice tea, after the vitamin water was out, and that was out too. Finally settled on iced coffee but all versions of creaner with out sweeter was out, the whole milk and the half and half and the individual half and halfs... Nuts in there people everywhere having these same epiphanies.... Lovingly, get it together Ellensburg 💜

  This is the 2nd time we've come in to get a sandwich and they've had NO beef! How can a store that mostly SELLS beef sandwiches run out of beef let alone in a truck stop!? Won't be stopping there again.... specially with a traffic circle that Noone uses their signals!

  Worst!!! Literally stole $14.00. Come in at 1:15pm after working all morning for the first and last meal for the next week thats not in mre, 2:05pm Leave empty handed Don't say a word they are out of bread while we wait there for almost an hour. Let alone standing there in uniform. Had to walk out Arby's in Ellenburg Washington owes be $14

  If the outside curb appeal is supreme, the odds of what's inside usually carries that pristine care trend resulting in a satisfying experience in cleanliness that transcends into the quality of service and food. This level of detail is what's missing in many places around this country in my personal opinion. I realize this is a newer location but thank you Arby's and your management/staff for having such pride in maintaining a superior quality of your property at this particular location. 5 ☆'s 2026
