Great food, waited a while before service but after that was a terrific lunch and drinks with the family. The crab artichoke sandwich is fantastic!

So, I drove an hour for the prime rib. Never in my years of travels have I been served it medium or medium-well when I asked for it rare or blue-rare. It was sent back and I ordered the surf and turf.
I would have rated it better had the waitstaff noticed and alerted me it was over cooked, or if the chef did not try to serve something clearly not up to standards.

The almond encrusted scallops continue to be outstanding but why on earth did you mess with the pea salad recipe and portion?
It appears some chef type decided to try and make a pea salad look like a Michelin dish. Please bring back the big pile of well dressed pea salad with chunky bacon bits. Thankfully, I have the recipe of the original from someone who used to work there but I never thought mine would be better than the restaurant version. Sadly, it now is. Whoever tweaked the recipe should be slapped.

I have wanted to try this restaurant for a while and was looking forward to the experience. The food did not disappoint. However, the service was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We probably saw our server 3 times the entire hour and a half we were there. We were never checked on and we never saw anyone else in our area to top of our water, check on drinks or our food. We were planning on dessert but by that time we were just ready to go. It is sad because we did enjoy our food and drinks.

Super disappointing. Prime rib was over cooked and super tough ordered medium rare, came out medium well, can’t believe the kitchen would send that out. Server was off, not being attentive at all, no drink refills on water or lemonade , never asked if we wanted another round of cocktails, never asked if food was good. When it was brought up to him he said “well you never asked” then refused to take our dessert order and said he had never been so offended in his life and needed to take a minute to regain his composure. Manager came out, said he tried the prime rib and “it wasn’t the worst he ever had in his life” being dismissive about all of the issues we brought up. Finally another server came to take our desert order, at this point we had been sitting with empty drinks and plates for 15 minutes and I let them know I just wanted to leave at this point. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in my life. For a restaurant at 7pm on a Saturday night being slow and plenty of staff it was even more disappointing in the level or service and also in management for downplaying the imperfections in their business and trying to gas light us into paying $45 for over cooked tough prime rib. If this place doesn’t tighten up it won’t be around for long, guests don’t like being treated this way.
