  Management ignores the no-loitering policy at the Pokémon vending machine while people stand around waiting for restocks, and employees check the machine while on the clock to buy products themselves, so regular customers barely get a chance. The overall customer service also feels fake and unprofessional. Some front-end employees are rude and dismissive at the cashier and self-checkout areas and make me feel unwelcome just shopping there. I’ve also watched employees act nice to customers during complaints, then laugh and joke about them with coworkers right after they walk away.

  I say 4 stars for this location because they seem to commonly be out of stock of stuff unfortunately. The self check-out area is small, there’s usually a line built up and people somehow are always confused on how a line works when it comes to waiting for self checkout. If this review was based on online curbside pick up, it would be 5 stars. Whoever the lady who does curbside pickup orders is, she is wonderful. She’s friendly, great at picking substitutions, and is communicative about all of your substitutions, and will help you get deals for items you requested that ended up being out of stock. I don’t know her name, but she’s awesome and I hope she’s appreciated by her store. To be honest, all employees at this location are very friendly. There’s a bit of them who have been there for as long as I’ve been shopping at this location, and they’re always super friendly. You may not find what you’re looking for here most of the time, but you at least very likely won’t run into any rude customer service.

  Acabo de ir a ala tienda. Cerca de las 10:40 pm. Solo entre y sali. Rápido y cuando sali alguien intento robar mi vehículo. Las luces de mi carro estaban encendidas y el carro estaba abierto. Mi control dejó de funcionar por un momento. Y tube que salir rapido de ese estacionamiento. Estoy llamando a servicio al cliente y un señor me contesto y dijo que si hablaba en español. Cuando le empese a contar lo que me paso. Me corto la llamada. Luego llame de nuevo y no respondieron a mi llamada. Todo esto me parece muy raro. Espero tomen cartas en el asunto. No recomiendo ir a esta tienda en la noche. Me querían robar el carro. En 3 min que entre y sali. Cuidado con los ladrones. Y el de servicio al cliente no esta para ayudar. Parece que mas bien cubre a estas personas. Un llamado a las autoridades tomar cartas en el asunto. Lleve un buen susto.
