  This Pizza Hut in Edmonds was the worst experience I've ever received with pizza it's like they they have the easiest job and they can't do one simple thing correct the pizza was horrible I order a medium pan pizza every size of pizza was different sizes it's like they put leftover piece together the box and warmed it up ridiculous

  Hello, I recently visited the Edmonds location with my two young children, ages 2 and 4, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The general manager, Lucca, asked us to step outside and place our order outside because he needed to make a personal phone call regarding his car information and did not want us to overhear the conversation. While I understand privacy concerns, it was extremely hot outside, and I was there with two small children. The situation felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I asked to speak with a supervisor above him, he refused to provide any contact information. I was only able to get his name from his name tag. Overall, this was a very disappointing and upsetting experience, especially as a customer visiting with young children. I hope this situation can be reviewed appropriately. Thank you,

  Pretty meh location, in the last 6 months I’ve placed 4 orders (2 pizzas each order) to here and twice a cheese pizza has come out with burnt cheese. The other pizza in the order comes out fine. They were nice the first time and remade my pizza, put super frustrating to receive an overcooked pizza twice. You’re better off trying your luck at other locations.

  Got there at my arrival time to pick up. It took an additional 20 minutes. They didnt put sauce on my pizzas. I can be patient for food but failing to put sauce on pizza is a huge let down. Aside from that, it was good. Never been to this location before this and will avoid coming back. I hate to write bad reviews too.

  I went in to order pizza normally has good pizza and wings but today i went and we ordered thin crisk crusted meatlovers pizza n garlic parmession wings the wings were really salty and siggy and we did get thin crisp meat love pizza the guy was new and no supervision was given he missed place the first order and redid it only to mess up again I would not recommend this store problem have bad management and was previous a good place to get pizza and the bill was 40.88 very disappointing in a pizza hut
