  The last like 7 times I've ordered here things have been missing, pickup or delivery. There policies and systems make it really difficult to have it resolved. Sometimes I'm told they can't refund things unless I come in and do it in cash, sometimes I'm told they won't replace or refund unless I come back with everything I did get so they can look at it them selves I guess, sometimes I'm just told what do you want me to do about it. I'm really not going to be scamming for 11 dollar wings on a 100 order. It also seems like actually getting the food we were missing or sauces whatever is something I have to almost force them to do its never something they offer. I definitely won't be going back anymore

  After a mixup, the individuals at this location were completely understanding and willing to work with me to help resolve my order. I thought this customer service style was dead but this Pizza Hut location restored my faith in this industry. Especially the tall blond male and shorter woman. Thank you guys for the understanding!

  The whole restaurant smelled like weed and there was a woman outside smoking what looked like a blunt. Will not be coming back.

  This Pizza Hut in Edmonds was the worst experience I've ever received with pizza it's like they they have the easiest job and they can't do one simple thing correct the pizza was horrible I order a medium pan pizza every size of pizza was different sizes it's like they put leftover piece together the box and warmed it up ridiculous

  Hello, I recently visited the Edmonds location with my two young children, ages 2 and 4, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The general manager, Lucca, asked us to step outside and place our order outside because he needed to make a personal phone call regarding his car information and did not want us to overhear the conversation. While I understand privacy concerns, it was extremely hot outside, and I was there with two small children. The situation felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I asked to speak with a supervisor above him, he refused to provide any contact information. I was only able to get his name from his name tag. Overall, this was a very disappointing and upsetting experience, especially as a customer visiting with young children. I hope this situation can be reviewed appropriately. Thank you,
