  Look for discounts to improve value. Food is tasty and stadd friendly. Service pretty fast unless lunch rush

  This location routinely gets my order wrong when I go through the drive through and/or when I pre-order. It has only been a handful of times when my order was accurate. When you speak to the alleged manager, you are met with snide remarks and tone. Not once has the manager offered to refund me for the food not delivered. Frankly I expect more from Panera, but maybe this is a totally mismanaged location.

  Great food and a cozy atmosphere! I love their fresh sandwiches and the variety of soups. The only downside is that it can get pretty busy during lunch hours, but the quality always makes it worth the wait.

  I will never understand why corporate restaurants act so corporate. I went through the drive-thru and asked if they had shareable size Caesar salads they said they don't offer that, but they do offer catering size. I said great. I will have a catering size Caesar salad please. They said you cannot order that through the drive-thru. I asked if I could order it if I came inside. They said yes. If you come inside you can order it so I came inside and I ordered it. After the manager tried for a few minutes to enter it into the system he turned and said I'm sorry. There's no way I can process the order. You need to order 40 minutes in advance. I told them specifically that all I needed was the salad dressing, the croutons and the lettuce and I could assemble it at home, he said. I'm sorry there's nothing I can do. I have worked in restaurants for a long time and I'm sure there is a button on that computer that will allow you to do something called open food which allows you to charge any price you want without assigning it to a specific inventory item. Then you could still charge me the exact same price but you wouldn't have to deal with whatever rules are associated with that button. Unfortunately making the customer happy wasn't really on the agenda. It is always embarrassing to see a manager not go above and beyond.

  The manager here runs a tight ship! I have been pleasantly surprised the last two times I have dined in. It’s always clean, tables wiped, and we have received our food quickly and delivered direct to our table, even at busy lunch time. They helped us order and even make some secret substitutions that aren’t normally possible :) I appreciate the staff’s hard work and the mix and match deal is affordable and tasty. Thanks!
