  Order a pizza online, i got there 40 mins after ordering and they had given my pizza away to someone else, told me to wait 10 mins to remake it. I went to my car to wait, came back and asked her for my pizza while all the employees are laughing and playing and told me they forgot to make my pizza again. NEVER ordering from this pizza hut again. Worst place ever.

  I ordered delivery and left a generous tip. I called Pizza Hut because the driver was slow. She told me our food was sealed, but it wasn't. When I received it, there was sauce from my wings all over the box, suggesting tampering. I live 5 minutes away and had tipped $11, yet the food still arrived late, was tampered with, and my soda was missing. The driver seemed unhinged when handing over the food. Pizza Hut no longer employs their own drivers. After calling the pizza shop I was offered a $20.00 dollar credit when I spent $67.00 dollars. And she seem anmoyed with me for no reason. And looking at the reviews it seems like it only happening to black people ordering food.

  Ordered a single large one topping pizza, app said it would take 20 minutes when in reality it took 50. They told me the order was in the oven yet 20 minutes later it still wasn’t out. No one was helping out customers except to tell them their order would be “5 more minutes” that would turn into 20. No one looked like getting orders done was a priority for anyone. Pizza was not only made wrong but is lukewarm

  We ordered our (1) pizza and breadsticks at 615, we tracked the order. We then watched our pizza go on tour..out to federal way and beyond, we got our pizza and bredsticks at 717. Luke warm. We live 15 min from the store. When they had the delivery drivers, our pizza was hot and fresh. Doordash has ruined the chance of this. Over an hour for Luke warm pizza. Sad to say not worth the cost. Just an added comment: you can see the owner reached out on here..but when contacted at the website..NOTHING. acts like he cares online but No follow up at all. Just a money grab.
