- JGJessica Gonzalez4 days ago1.0Last couple of times I’ve gone my drinks have not been it. The matcha was not even dissolved and I had chunks of it in my drink. I went today and there was 10 minutes left before closing and she said she couldn’t do anything. But when I got there like 20 minutes before closing she wasn’t even there. So that didn’t even make sense.

Why have a service desk if it's never open. It's a Friday and they are closed? Why offer services if people can't use them.
