  I didn’t order with door dash so why have door dash deliver my order? Door Dash doesn’t follow the simplest of instructions. The onsite delivery team has had no issues in the past but I’m done with Pizza Hut if they’re going to involve a third party

  We walked in and tried to get the employees attention and he completely ignored us despite there being a beeper on the door. After 10 mins we left owner.

  Ordered online. DoorDash driver forgot half of our food when I called the manager was super rude and said it was not his problem. He refused a refund so I called DoorDash they called him and he hung up on her. I was told that I could just eat the cold food or throw it away but I was not getting my money back. Horrible customer service, horrible people and still don’t have my money or my food!!!
