  I was coming home from Moses lake on May 18th 2026 and my 8 y.o. son had to use the bathroom after being car sick. The bathroom was locked said to contact customer counter. We went there but it was closed. The self check out helper was kind enough to find a manager that was more than sympathetic and authorized someone to unlock it for us. I do believe the young gentleman manager was working check out number 14 about 8:15 pm. I hope corporate let's him know the appreciation and his professionalism was noticed. Baught some wet wipes on the way out!

  Someone needs to put a stop to the sale of stale and spoiled products at the deli counter. I know it is very convenient to stop and shop at this store; however, we must not confuse the good service provided by some employees—though certainly not all—with the actual quality of the products. They cannot keep selling past-their-prime ham simply to clear out old inventory; that constitutes a negligent health risk and a complete lack of respect. Some time ago, I bought some turkey breast, and by the third day—when I went to make myself a sandwich—the turkey had turned slimy. The second time, upon opening the package of freshly purchased turkey, it didn't smell right; unfortunately, I was in a rush and couldn't return it that same day, so I had to throw it away. I wasted both time and money—and items aren't exactly cheap in these stores. (I’m not sure what I’ll do the next time this happens to me. Perhaps I should file a formal complaint.) DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE IN POOR CONDITION. It is the customer who suffers the consequences. You simply do not mess around when it comes to people's health. Furthermore, the staff should be changing their gloves frequently; they shouldn't be handling various other items and then immediately serving food without changing them.

  A supermarket that doesn't provide access to restrooms are not worthy of customers. Provide unlock codes when asked if you're worried about homeless people abusing your restrooms but don't do a blanket denial of access to legitimate customers. You sell different kind of edibles, you have Starbucks, you have deli for hot and cold cooked foods but you don't allow access to your restrooms. SMH

  Great store well stocked but on the Medium size as compared to a Super Store. Great Deli but somewhat short of manned check stands.

  Employees smoking cigarettes in front of the door allows the smoke to travel into a portion of the store. It's disrespectful and inconsiderate. This can't continue to happen. Something needs to be done about to address the concerns of second hand smoke for customers. There are 4 employees at the front entrance smoking all at once and now I have to smell it before entering as well entering the store. 05/04/2026
