  Grace was the absolute best!! I have really bad social anxiety since a kid and everyone in my school used to pick on me but grace showed me the upmost respect and made me feel comfortable and at home!!

  Came in the other night and got a sandwich and fountain drink. When I went to leave the older gentlemen employee stopped me from refilling my cup (Powerade) stating the machine was closed. I said ok and walked away, upon walking away he yelled to me that refills were only for large cups. I returned today to ask a manager about the refill cup policy and the manager stated they have no policy for refills. Food is good but bad customer service and not necessary to have made a comment after I already understood the machine was closed, I didn't argue and simply walked away.

  I ordered and paid for 2 30 piece boxes on 3-18 to be picked up 3-20. On 3 -19 we changed the order to 30 on Friday and 30 on Saturday. On Saturday around 5ish I get a call from some young gentlemen at Jimmy John's who wanted to know when I was going to pick up my sandwiches. At that moment I realized I got caught up in business and had forgotten. I was trying to recollect asking a co-worker did I confirm for Saturday, in which I did Friday. The person responded with an irritated tone and insisted I confirmed the order, in which I immediately agreed and had no problem. It was my loss as I had already paid. Maybe the person thought I hadn't paid or was mad for sandwiches being wasted. The service was great up to that point.
