  I order from here at least a couple times a week and have been for about a year and a half now, and my experience varies. Some employees are friendly, others less so but they're usually nice enough, probably just in a rush. I've ordered both delivery and pickup here, and I've noticed that in the past (about 6 months ago) there was a very consistent issue with delivery where the portion sizes were ridiculously small, which was always really upsetting because my burritos would usually be huge when I ordered for pickup. This seems to have been fixed since then usually, but sometimes still when I get delivery or pickup my order will randomly be ridiculously dissappointing and tiny. I order a sofritas burrito with extra white rice and extra black beans, and about a quarter of the time I definitely don't recieve extra anything, and my burrito is tiny. I imagine this is due to them being low on rice or something and not wanting to make more. There have also been a couple instances where I've bitten into a random piece of steak in my burrito, which really makes me lose my appetite as a pescetarian. Overall I generally have a good experience with great proportions about 70% of the time. From fast food you can't really expect much else.

  They sometimes struggle with under 4 ounce meat portions but they do a great job of keeping things stocked

  These workers are so miserable everytime I come in they have such a attitude, I came in early once and didn’t realize and she told me to wait until 10:50 and slammed the drive thru door in my face like I have bad days too but no need to be so rude everytime no wonder why this chipotle has a 2.8 rating 😭

  Every time we come to this location we leave disappointed. We keep hoping it will get better but sadly, it doesn’t. After this last time, we don’t think we’ll be going back. They consistently give you extremely small portions, even when you pay for double portions. The burritos and bowls just get smaller and smaller and it’s even worse if you order take out/delivery. At least when you’re standing directly in front of them it’s a bit better but either way, for paying for double portions, it’s sad. I’ve never been to a more stingy chipotle. We are not asking for enormous portions but if we’re paying $30+ for 2 meals, we do expect to at least get what we’re paying for, especially when we’re paying more for double portions and we are still coming up short. They’re always out of certain items (meat/fajita veggies) when we come too, which is frustrating.
