  They were closed 10:45 pm. Said a company was cleaning the hoods and it would take 5 hours. Manager on site was useless. No solution to the problem after we placed an order online. He said to come back tomorrow and pick up our food. Then started cussing at other customers expressing the same frustration. Manager needs to be fired and the franchisee needs to get their act together. Unprofessional management.

  Worst McDonald's, they have 2 lanes and the employee was taking 2-3 orders in one lane, then 1 order for the other lane. This caused confusion and frustration in the drive thru. I was in the slow lane, and 10 cars ended up ahead of me. Then found a long black hair in my burger to top it off, gagged on it while driving. Threw the rest of my food away.

  Ordered a 20 piece and the unthinkable happened.... They were out of sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard sauce. Ronald McDonald would never stand for such nonsense. Get it together people it's simple.

  Literally the worst experience out of any McDonalds ive been to in Washington. Super slow service just to get incorrect orders after driving out here from far. Pls hire more people to get things moving. 25 minutes plus for an order with 4 items…

  Very slow always, I thought maybe it was just mcdonalds now but after visiting one in Spokane its just incredibly slow. 30 minute wait times but they load the fries in the first five so best believe those will be cold.
